To keep things running smoothly, we have a few rules of the road. Before signing up, you need to understand how the Oro CSA works.

Purchasing an Oro Pasta CSA share implies that you have read and understand the updated rules. We love and adore your interest in what we do, and therefore want to provide the best possible experience for everyone.

PICK UP MEMBERS

• Pick-up options are at the Birdhouse Farmers Market in Randolph (when in season) on Tuesday, 3-6:30pm, or at the St. Stephens Farmers Market in the Libbe/Grove neighborhood, 9am-12pm.

• During checkout, you’ll be prompted to choose which Market you would prefer as your pick-up site. This can be changed 1x per season with 48-hour notification.

• If you think the above pick-up time/location could be a challenge for you, we recommend our Delivery option when available. Missed pick-ups will not be held and can not be delivered.

• Soon after we receive payment, we’ll reach out to coordinate pick-up specifics.

DELIVERY MEMBERS (no delivery for SPRING 2024)

• Our delivery zone includes the following zip codes: 23220, 23221, 23222, 23223, 23224, 23225, 23226, 23227, 23230, 23223, 23298

• Deliveries are scheduled for Saturdays between 2-5pm. We’ll leave your CSA Share at your doorstep, followed by a text letting you know.

• We recommend you leave a cooler out if you won’t be around to receive our Share in a timely fashion.

• If you live in an apartment building without direct street access to your door let us know— each week we’ll send a text 10-minutes before arrival to meet you in your lobby. Kindly be ready to receive your share.

• To keep to our delivery schedule, 5-minutes after arrival we’ll need to move on. However, with your approval, we are happy to leave your share by the front door of the building. Missed deliveries are regrettable, but not refundable.

• If you’re going to be out of town, please have a neighbor or a friend pick-up to enjoy your Share, OR let us know 48 hours in advance so we can redirect your delivery to the Farmers Market pick-up. Delivery fees are not refundable.

• The address that you give at the start of the season is where all your CSA Pasta will be delivered. We meticulously create a route for everyone’s ease and efficiency, changes are not allowed. Of course, if you move in midst of the season let us know as soon as possible so we can best accommodate.

• Soon after we receive payment, we’ll reach out to coordinate delivery specifics.
